Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to monitor its journey to you.
If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations based on availability, to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery timeframes vary by location. With express shipping, expect your order within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 2 to 8 business days, and it's free for orders over $50.
Q2. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! If your order hasn't shipped, simply email us with the new address details at crystal@sunshineliving.com.au, and we’ll update it for you.
If your order has already shipped, you can still redirect it via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: Orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved, so double-check your address at checkout.
Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered.
Our courier usually delivers within 2-8 business days for standard shipping, but delays can occur. If your tracking number shows a delay or if your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, contact us, and we’ll initiate an investigation with the provider.
Note: Investigation timelines vary by courier, and we’ll assist you to resolve the issue promptly.
Q4. What is your return policy?
We accept free returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, not all items are eligible for return. Check product pages or the checkout for any exclusions. Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be posted for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase, unless faulty.
- Items should be returned in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, including swing tags and specialty packaging.
- Include a photo of the item(s) before shipping for condition assessment.
If you return part of a bundle purchase, the bundle pricing is no longer valid, and a partial refund will be calculated accordingly.
